What is our goal?

Having a child and other relatives with food allergies I have learned to nervously go into any new restaurant.  We have friends who would never bring their child to a restaurant without having visited before and interviewing the manager or chef.

Our goal is to create a site where you can learn about restaurants without an initial visit.   Nothing substitutes to getting to know the restaurant staff personally.  But hearing advice about others experiences may help you find the restaurants with the best support for your situation.
